Our Referral ProgramWe started the company with the goal of providing affordable housing in the Southeast Michigan Downriver area. We have gotten significantly positive feedback over the years from our residents. We would like to reward our current residents for sending us so many of their friends and family. We implemented these programs to say thank you for choosing us and for your continued support.Cireco Properties, LLC have two great programs available for current residents. Current residents who provide potential residents as a referral will receive a check for $100.00 once their referral signs a lease. Make sure to remind your referral to put you down as their referring source. Current residents also have contacted us about properties that are available for purchase. Any current resident that provides us a lead on a property for sale that we don't already know about will receive a check for $100.00 when we close on the house purchase. Again, thank you for your wonderful support and referrals over the past many years. Starting now we are adding a way add a special thank you gift for you doing what you have been doing all along.
